Fantech Indonesia: Powering Up the Gaming Experience
Fantech is one of the fastest-growing gear brands for gamers in the world. As the official e-commerce platform for Fantech Indonesia, this project focused on creating a seamless, high-performance shopping experience that mirrors the quality of their gaming peripherals. The goal was to build a robust digital storefront that not only showcases their extensive product catalog but also engages the gaming community through improved UI/UX and streamlined navigation.

Challenge
The existing website faced significant hurdles in performance and user experience, leading to a noticeable stagnation in sales. Users frequently encountered navigational issues and, critically, a broken checkout process that prevented conversions. The outdated design failed to resonate with the modern gaming aesthetic Fantech represents. Recognizing these severe bottlenecks, a complete revamp was initiated to overhaul the entire platform, ensuring usability, reliability, and visual appeal aligned with the brand’s dynamic identity.
Solution
To address the critical issues, we executed a comprehensive revamp strategy centered on rebuilding the site’s architecture from the ground up. We implemented a modern, headless e-commerce framework to ensure lightning-fast load times and scalability. The checkout process was completely re-engineered, simplifying steps and integrating secure, local payment gateways to minimize cart abandonment.
Visually, we redesigned the interface to reflect the bold, energetic gaming culture Fantech embodies, using dark modes and vibrant accents. We also introduced an intuitive product filtering system, allowing gamers to easily find gear that matches their specific setup needs. The result was a stable, high-converting platform that immediately saw an increase in successful transactions and positive user feedback.
